Minutes of the Special Council Meeting

April 23, 2004

City Hall Annex Building, 186 Branham Way

Mayor Sullivan called the meeting to order at 12:27pm with the following Council members present:  Sam Beichler, Lloyd Dooley, Sid Griffin, and Larry Porter.  Ralph Lutes arrived at 1:45pm.

Also present were City Clerk Christi Franklin, City Treasurer Peggy Brinkman, Utility Superintendent Ronnie Fick and Treatment Plant Superintendent Barry Gentry. 

The Council discussed the proposed draft of the water and sewer annual budget for the 2004/2005 fiscal year.  Each budget line item and all proposed capital expenditures were reviewed in depth.

Sid Griffin made a motion to adjourn at 2:15pm.  Larry Porter seconded the motion.  Motion passed unanimously by a roll call vote.
