Minutes of the Special Council Meeting

January 28, 2004

City Hall Annex Building, 186 Branham Way

In the absence of Mayor Sullivan, Sid Griffin Mayor pro-tem, called the meeting to order at 10:03am with the following Council members present: Joetta Calhoun, Lloyd Dooley and Larry Porter. 

Also present were City Clerk Christi Franklin, City Treasurer Peggy Brinkman and Linda Gray from Harding, Shymanski & Company.

Larry Porter gave the invocation. 

Linda Gray presented the audit for the 2002/2003 fiscal year for both the City and the Water and Sewer Company.  Discussion followed. 

Adjourn

There being no further business before the Council, Sid Griffin made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 10:43am. Ralph Lutes seconded the motion.  Motion passed unanimously.
