The City of Mt. Washington resumed performing building inspections on February 1, 2004.
If you have any questions about the inspection procedures or fees or to schedule an inspection, please contact City Annex at 538-3771.
For all inspections, please make sure that the lots are properly marked. In high density, new construction development areas, the City's building inspector may have difficulty finding the lot if it is not marked properly. If the lot is not properly marked, a re-inspection fee may need to be paid, prior to sending the inspector back out to the lot.
