Minutes of the Special Council Meeting

December 17, 2004

City Hall Annex Building, 186 Branham Way

Mayor Sullivan called the meeting to order at 4:19pm with the following Council members present:  Joetta Calhoun, Lloyd Dooley, Sid Griffin, Sam Beichler, Ralph Lutes and Larry Porter. 

Also present were City Clerk Christi Franklin, Utility Superintendent Ronnie Fick and City Attorney Rodney Burress.                                                            

Mayor Sullivan discussed the terms of the draft Interlocal Agreement for insurance premium tax revenue sharing from Judge/Executive Kenny Rigdon.  Rodney Burress discussed the legal aspects of the Interlocal Agreement.  The Council discussed this issue. 

Joetta Calhoun made a motion to table this issue.  Ralph Lutes seconded the motion.  Motion passed unanimously by a roll call vote.

Sid Griffin made a motion to adjourn at 4:45pm.  Ralph Lutes seconded the motion.  Motion passed unanimously by a roll call vote.
