Inauguration 2003

The inauguration for new Mayor Frank Sullivan and Council Members Sam Beichler, Joetta Calhoun, Lloyd "Shot" Dooley, Sid Griffin, Ralph K. Lutes, and Larry Porter was held December 30th at the City Hall Annex Building. Judge Bailey Taylor performed the swearing in. The new Mayor and new Council members began their term January 1, 2003.
