Mayor Ed Hilbert called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. with the following members present: Sam Beichler, Sid Griffin, Frank Sullivan and Ralph Lutes. Barry Armstrong and Brent Wheeler were absent.

The City Clerk was also present.

The second reading was conducted on Ordinance 01-08 amending the annual budget for fiscal year July 1, 2000 through June 30, 2001.

Sam Beichler made a motion to adopt Ordinance 01-08. Ralph Lutes seconded the motion. Motion passed. (Unan.)

The second reading was conducted on Ordinance 01-09 regarding the annual budget for fiscal year July 2, 2001 through June 30, 2002.

Ralph Lutes made a motion to adopt Ordinance 01-09. Frank Sullivan seconded the motion. Motion passed. (Unan.)

There being no further business before the Council, Ralph Lutes made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Sam Beichler seconded the motion. Motion passed. (Unan.)
