Minutes of the Special Council Meeting

May 11, 2005

City Hall Annex Building, 186 Branham Way

Mayor Sullivan called the meeting to order at 12:17pm with the following Council members present:  Joetta Calhoun, Lloyd Dooley, Sid Griffin, Ed Hilbert, Ralph Lutes and Larry Porter. 

Also present were City Clerk Christi Franklin, City Treasurer Peggy Brinkman, Utility Superintendent Ronnie Fick, Treatment Plant Superintendent Barry Gentry and City Attorney Jim Winchell. 

The Council discussed the proposed draft of the Water and Sewer annual budget for the 2005/2006 fiscal year.  Each budget line item and all proposed capital expenditures were reviewed in depth.

Christi Franklin will make the changes directed by the Council. 

Larry Porter made a motion to adjourn at 2:21pm.  Sid Griffin seconded the motion.  Motion passed unanimously by a roll call vote.
