Minutes of the Special Council Meeting

May 26, 2004

City Hall Annex Building, 186 Branham Way

Mayor Sullivan called the meeting to order at 11:03am with the following Council members present:  Lloyd Dooley, Sid Griffin, Sam Beichler, Larry Porter and Ralph Lutes.

Also present were City Clerk Christi Franklin, City Treasurer Peggy Brinkman and Utility Superintendent Ronnie Fick.      

Christi Franklin discussed the changes made to the City, Municipal Aid and Water and Sewer budgets as directed in prior meetings as well as further budget changes.  The Council discussed several of the changes and made a change to the police department budget. 

Christi Franklin will make the changes as directed and prepare the budget ordinance for first reading at the June 14^th Council meeting. 

Larry Porter made a motion to adjourn at 11:55am.  Sid Griffin seconded the motion.  Motion passed unanimously by a roll call vote.
