Minutes of the Budget Meeting

May 28, 2003

City Hall Annex Building, 186 Branham Way

Mayor Frank Sullivan called the meeting to order at 9:00 am with the following Council members present: Sam Beichler, Joetta Calhoun, Lloyd Dooley, Sid Griffin, Ralph Lutes, and Larry Porter.

Also present were City Clerk Christi Franklin, City Treasurer Peggy Brinkman, Utility Superintendent Ronnie Fick and Treatment Plant Superintendent Barry Gentry.

The City of Mt. Washington, the Mt. Washington Water and Sewer Company and the City of Mt. Washington Restricted Fund annual budget for the 2003/2004 fiscal year was discussed.

There being no further business before the Council, the meeting adjourned at  1:30pm.
