City Meter Reading
Water meters for the City are read on on around the 15th of each month. Typically, it takes three days to read all the meters in the City. Although we try to read each meter on the same day each month, if the 15th falls on a weekend or a holiday, the reading date may be adjusted accordingly.
Bill Due Date
Bills are printed and mailed at the end of each month and are due the 15th of the following month. Late charges are applied on the 16th of each month if no payment is received. If any due date falls on a holiday or weekend, it is extended to the next working day. Late notices are mailed one week after the bills are due and indicate the day water service will be cut off if payment is not received prior to that date.

Payments can be mailed, dropped off at City Hall during regular business hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm (for your convenience, we also have a drive thru to drop off your payment during regular business hours), place your payment in the drop box after hours located in the drive thru, or by bank draft. Please remember that the City is not responsible for mail delivery. All payments are posted the day they are received.
