Minutes of the Special Council Meeting

September 20, 2005

City Hall Annex Building, 186 Branham Way

Mayor Sullivan called the meeting to order at 12:00pm with the following Council members present:  Ralph Lutes, Ed Hilbert, Sid Griffin and Larry Porter. 

Also present were City Clerk Christi Franklin, Utility Superintendent Ronnie Fick and City Treasurer Peggy Brinkman. 

Larry Porter introduced and the Council held first reading of an ordinance amending the budget for the fiscal year 2005/2006.  Mayor Sullivan and Ronnie discussed the need to upsize the water pump at a cost of $14,000 and to replace the bush hog at a cost of $2,800, split between City and water.  Discussion followed.  The consensus of the Council is that both amendments are necessary.

Adjourn

Ralph Lutes made a motion to adjourn at 12:11pm.  Ed Hilbert seconded the motion.  Motion passed unanimously by a roll call vote.
